As I mentioned previously we need to invest in new hardware in order to keep the site running as fast as you expect it and such investments don’t come cheap. We also need to pay for the software license for vBulletin, the forum-engine of our choice.
The whip: What we ask is that you, if you are able and willing, donate an amount of your choice (see button in the bottom of this blog post).
The carrot: If you choose to donate an amount exceeding 20 Euro (or the equivalent in any other currency) you’ll get 1 GigaByte of ad-free web and email-hosting (MySQL database support included) with FTP-support for a period of 12 months on your asking. You can either host your own domain name or use a subdomain of soulreaper.net.
